Athletic Eligibility Requirements

1. Must pass 3 out of 4 core classes during the previous semester.
2. Must be in attendance for 85% of the previous semester.
3. Cannot turn 15 on or before August 31st of the current school year.
4. Must have a current physical completed on the NCHSAA physical form on file with the Athletic Department.
5. Completion of the following required forms:
6. Athletic Participation
7. Athletic Pledge
8. Concussion Statement
9. All students entering the 6th grade for the first time are eligible for the first semester of their 6th grade year.
